 I remember reading her previous book, zero Kara no MBA, which was written when she was graduated from Columbia...

And now she turns her 40s and wrote another book on gaishikei firms... I've not read this yet but listening to her introduction of the book at kinokuniya, it seems interesting and thus I wanted to put this link here...
